Hi Chris, I had a look at a lot of beer battered fish receipes.
Yours was so easy. We are having it again tomorrow.
My piece of beer battered fish was great, but the wife said hers was a bit soggy.
Afterwards, I realised her piece was put in last, so tomorrow, just a couple of minutes longer. The big plus – I will add prawns.
